NFCC accepts donations of working cars and vehicles and will give them to families in need. In 2007 NFCC placed 45 donated cars, vans, pickups and SUVs with local families who did not have other transportation.
The gift of a car can change a family's life. It makes it easier to find and maintain work, meet the child's teacher, even go to the doctor or grocery store. Because NFCC gives donated vehicles to families in need and does not sell them, the donor can take the full value of the car as a tax donation. NFCC accepts only vehicles in running condition.
