Eligibility:

1. The applicant must live in Fulton County in the following zip codes: 30004, 30005, 30009, 30022, 30075, 30076, and 30097.
2. The applicant must bring a photo ID and proof that he/she is a resident within these zip codes.
3. If rental assistance or utility assistance is needed, the applicant must provide a copy of the lease or utility bill.
4. The applicant must bring any documentation that supports the financial need.

Process: The client must come into our office (no appointments or determinations over the phone) and have an interview with a caseworker who will determine the best way to assess the needs of the client.
