Volunteers are essential to North Fulton Community Charities. Our small staff depends on volunteers to carry out our mission of providing emergency assistance to residents of North Fulton.

We welcome men, women and teens ages 13 years and older who are interested in volunteering on a regular or drop in basis. Teens age 13-15 years must be accompanied by an adult.

NFCC provides on-site opportunities for individuals to fulfill community service requirements for school clubs, scouting, and church groups. The minimum age is 13 years. Teens aged 13-15 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

The following guidelines must be met.

1. Appropriate attire is casual dress.
2. Closed toed shoes are required.
3. Short shorts, bare midriffs and spaghetti straps are prohibited.
4. Volunteers are asked to serve a minimum two hour shift.

Service project ideas for off-site participation and for younger children are available upon request.

North Fulton Community Charities is also an approved work site for Court Mandated Community Service. Service hours will be completed in the Thrift Shop. The above guidelines and hours also apply.
